Opened as a small one room bar in 2010. A second bar was introduced in 2016 with further refurbishments made in 2018. Keg only downstairs but Marble cask ale is available on two handpumps upstairs. The handpumps are in the cold room rather than on the bar. Owned by Marble brewery.

Micropub that opened November 2014 and the only one in Standish. Now sporting the Cask Marque. Usually five cask ales on offer, sometimes more, and always including one dark beer. Has a deceptively large interior with clean cut comfortable modern furniture.

Ashton's historic outdoor market is one of the largest in the North West of England but go in the market hall and you will find the smallest of bars around. Four tables are crammed into a stall making it a cosy place to enjoy a pint while watching the market going about its business.

Opened October 2016. The 'cellar' is on view behind the bar, serving four handpumps with local beers and some from further afield. There is usually a mix of beer styles and strengths. Up to four bag-in-box ciders are available and sometimes keg-conditioned cider from the fonts.

Opened November 2015. This one-room micropub offers a warm welcome and has comfortable seating. Selling four changing cask ales and a real cider plus Skuna craft lager beers. Cask ales are sourced from regional microbreweries.

Opened May 2018. Has four hand pumps on the bar with a six-line keg wall. Beartown are the cask supplier. Bar snacks consist of nuts and crisps, and home-made cakes are also available in the afternoon. There is a serious coffee machine and a good stock of wines and gins.
